I’ve heard from many of you... emails, messages, quiet questions in the chat box... and I know that there’s a lot you’d like to ask.

So for this month’s session, I’m doing something a little different...

A whole hour where you can ask me anything (absolutely anything) about sleep, rest, and life.

I’ll be opening up the space for your questions. It might be:

  • Why you wake up at 3am and can’t get back to sleep

  • Whether your wearable is helping or hindering your rest

  • What to do about the noisy neighbour or the restless mind

  • How to cope with the constant ‘tired but wired’ feeling

But more than that... we’ll talk about how sleep is never just about sleep.

We sleep the way we live and everything we carry in the day, lands in the night. So I welcome your deeper questions too:

  • How do I stay steady in uncertain times?

  • What do I do with all this fear, anxiety and emotional noise?

  • How do I stop listening to everyone else... and start listening to myself again?

This is not a Q&A with a checklist of answers - it’s a conversation, a pause, a place to ask what’s really on your heart.

I’ll share how I’m managing my own inner balance, what I’m learning about deep listening, and how we begin to return to a quieter place within where true rest becomes possible.
