Redressing the Balance

Do you feel like you’ve been carrying too much for too long?   Has ending 2025 (and the last decade)  left you feeling stretched, tired and out of balance?  Or, actually have you come through unscathed and in a good place - this is helpful to know.

I’ve heard from many of you through emails and messages  that there is a deep need right now for more steadiness, more ease and a gentler way to move through the year ahead.

So for this month’s Deep Restoration session, I’m doing something a little different.

This session is called Redressing the Balance and it is a whole hour devoted to helping you avoid the burnout spiral and reconnect with a calmer, more sustainable way of being..

We’ll be exploring things like:

  • Where am I right now?  Am I stressed, burning out or in good state of balance?  Your opportunity to do a self assessment to measure your stress levels right now.

  • Constantly ‘tired but wired’ 

  • Carrying stress, worry and emotional load from one day into the next

  • Losing your sense of balance, clarity or inner steadiness

  • What are the non-negotiables that I can easily put into place to help me navigate with energy and grace in 2026?

Burnout is never just about being busy. It’s about what happens in your nervous system when life has been demanding for too long.

So I also welcome your deeper questions:

  • How do I slow down when everything around me feels urgent?

  • How do I stop running on adrenaline and start feeling safe in my body again?

  • How do I protect my energy without withdrawing from life?

This is not a Q&A with a checklist of answers. It is a gentle, supportive space to pause, take stock and begin restoring balance.

I’ll share what I’ve been learning about nervous system regulation, inner balance and deep restoration, as well as some simple, practical tools you can use to support yourself in daily life.

There will be time for your questions, whether sent in advance or asked live, and we’ll finish, as always, with a short calming meditation to support your nervous system.
