





I thought hard about my intention in creating them, the words I used, the energy I brought to my voice as I spoke the words...they were healing for me too and it was a blessing for me to create them and I hope you are also able to receive this for yourself as you listen and immerse in them. I also thought about 'what are people struggling with?' , 'what have I struggled with?', 'what would I want to listen to in these challenging times?' And so, I created meditations for those times when life feels so uncertain and you are struggling to trust, when you dread going to bed because it has become a battleground - the place where your agitation and restlessness is your constant bedmate. There's even a walking meditation too that you can use to invite rest into your body while you're out and about, immersed in the busyness of life.
